What is the difference between a member and a free user?
Free users can add and manage birthdays and receive basic reminders; paid members get fuller benefits on top of that — more notification channels (push / email / SMS per plan), larger quotas and trash recovery. See each plan for details.

Do you support lunar calendar birthdays?
Yes. You can choose Gregorian or lunar when adding a birthday — the system converts it automatically and reminds you at the right time every year, including across year boundaries.

What happens when my membership expires?
Your account drops back to the free tier automatically — birthdays and records you added are never deleted, and benefits return as soon as you renew.

How do I subscribe or renew?
